Pre-existing medical conditions are not automatically covered. If cover is required, it will be necessary for any person with a pre-existing medical condition to obtain acceptance prior to leaving.

To apply for cover either apply online now, or complete the Application Form below and return with your cheque to the address shown no later than two weeks before the Group’s departure date. A policy will then be forwarded to you.
Travel Application form

If you are not completely satisfied with the extent of cover provided by the policy, we will refund your premium in full. To obtain a refund you must return your policy to us within 7 days of receipt and, if you have not had a claim in the meantime, or commenced your travel, we will forward your refund to you.
