MEET THE TEAM

Bruce Davidson is a full time independent professional director.  He has been and is a director and chairman of several large New Zealand companies both privately held and publicly listed on the NZ Stock Exchange.

Current directorships include Chairmanship of Calan Healthcare Properties Ltd, Telco Asset Management Ltd, Mahony and Company Ltd, Waimangu Volcanic Valley Ltd, Vision Senior Living Ltd and Vision Securities Ltd.  He is also a director and consultant to several other organisations.  He is both a Fellow and an Accredited Director with the Institute of Directors of New Zealand of which he is the immediate NZ Past President.  He was previously a partner for 20 years with lawyers Phillips Fox where he remains a consultant.
